I have just downloaded Cronometer and I put in ‘lose weight’ I think I should have put in maintain weight (as it’s saying my calories are only 1038 which is very low). How do I go back and change from lose to maintain? Thanks.

With Cronometer you can tell it you want to use fixed/custom settings, and then you can put in anything you want. I’ve got all of mine set at the amounts that I put in.

Go to My Profile on the bottom right of your phone. Scroll down to settings. Then click on macronutrient targets. For diet profile you can do custom or high fat/ketogenic. Then you can choose strictness etc…Play around with the numbers ad you will get it all set.
