Hi everyone! My husband & I started a couple weeks ago and things seem to be going pretty good for me. I’m in keto and I am down 5 pounds. It should get even better because, after reading some posts last night, I realized that I am eating too much protein.
My questions are for my husband. He does not seem to be in keto (urine sticks) and hasn’t lost any weight yet. He has fatty liver with has become non-alcoholic cirrhosis and he has a malformed pancreas. He is not insulin resistant nor has he developed diabetes. Will these issues affect his progress? Do you guys have some suggestions? Thank you!
