My doctor suggested moderately eating a healthy diet during the IVF. He suggested a diet like gluten-free, diet-free and plant based but now i’m at the breaking point. Could you suggest a delicious diet that I can consume during IVF?

Have you tried a plant based gluten free diet? … interesting doctor you’ve got there. Sound like a doctor called Dr Anti Chaffee !
I am not “plant based” as that term is used, but I do eat lots of cruciferous vegetales… some every day. Also some asparagus, or green beans, and when only doing low carb a few more like lima beans, chili, etc. To season my vegetables I use grass-fed butter and Herbamayer seasoning. I find that delicious. Breakfast entrees include goat yogurt with organic berries, pastured eggs, red grapefruit. Dinner entrees include roasted lamb, wild salmon with capers, garlic butter wild shrimp, crab, or chicken thighs. I find it all delicious.
Hmmm… gluten-free, I can get behind that one. Diet-free??? I have no idea what that means. Plant based? Well, cows eat grass, I eat cows, so that’s close enough to plant based for me!
To be serious, I don’t know a thing about IVF. As a former plant-based vegan, I can testify that it was NOT a good place for me health wise.
