I have a cough from lung problems. Does anyone know a good cough drop to use that’s not full of junk. I try to limit taking as little as possible but take maybe 3/5 a day.
Cough
I’m not sick this cough is from my lung. I have it always but drops help. I will need them forever.
Oh okay =( -perhaps over time, Keto will help? I have asthma and take a daily Singulair tablet and am off my puffers. I know yours has to do with other factors (the army I think you said? Agent Orange?) so I am guessing irrepairable damage was done to them -which is difficult I am sure. I wish you the best in your Keto and hopefully it will help still.

I was asking for a good keto COUGH drop as I will be taking drops I guess until I die. I want to find a drop that is better than buying cvs drops. That’s my question
Okay, that was why I linked that other thread above, I thought maybe it would have some answers. If not, I hope someone can suggest something.
I really like the oldtime Swiss origin Olbas line - their essential oil blend is great to inhale on a pillow or hankie, they also have great nasal inhalers that carry the good fumes for respiratory dilation and soothing - and their lozenges (sugar free but not carb free, just a gentler form of whole beet called isomalt which doesn’t feed plaque):
Also, consider a ceramic dry salt pipe/inhaler. Not only is it therapeutic for a host of respiratory issues, it’s also great for anti-anxiety/anti-stress. People plagued with bothersome coughs et al used to go to salt caves just to breathe the air - and today there are some spas that have salt rooms, etc.
The salt pipe is the personal version, and like a portable trip to the seaside - many reviews talk about resolving longtime coughs, asthma, etc.
You inhale with your mouth from the pipe, then exhale with your nostrils if they’re open. (The salt inhalation is also great for former smokers who may find themselves hankering for an oral fix - it’s like smoking a hookah but without tobacco!). 10-15 minutes twice a day is the protocol for acute conditions - people can use the inhaler at a desk, while driving, while waking up in the morning, etc People report the salt inhalation can bring up ton of phlegm out of the throat, esophagus, lungs for clearing out - and that it can be quite a miraculous therapy for respiratory rejuvenation. I just learned about this item through helping a friend with non-steroidal remedies/resources during their first asthma attack.
