I bought cottage cheese and plain Greek yogurt today because places on the net are saying they are Keto friendly. I’m lost. I bought the most legit shit I could find and both have a lot of sugars in them 5G. Should I return these and avoid them or are the ok to eat? I bought them for snacks. Thank you for your time - Josh
PS: Also the pecans I bought had 1G sugars and I ate a handful. I’ve only been eating Keto for 3 days tho.
