Since embarking on keto I’ve gotten used to having almost no problems with elimination. Today I was a bit constipated. I reflected on what I ate yesterday: the usual meat, eggs, cheese, a bit of tomato in the sauce, AND flax (muffins), black soybeans (in the curry), and almonds as a snack (I rarely eat snacks). Aha! I don’t mind sticking mostly to protein and fat. The more I stay away from plant foods, the farther I am from temptation.
