The small packing plants in our 300 mile radius are operating. So much so, that we cant get any of ours in for processing until March of 2021. We are having to sell on the hoof, and give customers the numbers for local processors- not USDA plants. If we dont sell any, no big deal. We have beef for the next 35 years
