Any Ideas. I completed 44 days of Water Fasting on the 45th day I started getting dizzy so I ended the diet… A1C went from 10.1 down to 7.2 and my blood sugar levels have been normal ever since. No longer type II diabetic, no High Cholesterol or High Blood Pressure any more… I wanted to continue fasting on Tuesdays and Thursdays but having a hard time not eating on those days. I remember the first 3-5 days were the hardest when I did the 44 days, so I’m wondering if I should try the two days back to back?
