Sorry you’re feeling bad about this.

I don’t know enough about the Blood Type Diet to comment. But I did read the book. I’m A+, and apparently I’m supposed to have “a meat-free diet based on fruits and vegetables, beans and legumes, and whole grains.” I knew immediately that this wasn’t for me.

I regard various diet information as a resource. We can check it out and then take it or leave it (or parts of it), just as we do with any opinion, philosophy, etc.

I know that if I eat fruits, whole grains, and beans (other than perhaps soybeans), my hunger gets out of control and I get fat. So I didn’t see how that could be right for me.
