Anyone familiar with real studies (not just news snippits) about coffee? Maybe the ideal is .5 liters or less? Maybe more? Less? Are there studies establishing a threshold of bad effects? Any direct links between keto and caffeine metabolism?

I do not know much, but Thomas Delauer says that coffee (caffeine in general) can help with weight loss.
