Coffee , heart rate!

Here is the dilemma I tested my blood sugar was 80 after that I was walking and I stopped and get espresso from Starbucks after that I tested my blood sugar was 95 (I dnt knw from the walking or from the espresso my level went up to 95) I dnt want to be picky and dramatic but I honestly want to understand my unstable blood sugar after 1 hour from the last test 95 it comes to 80 so do u think I’m sensitive to coffee ? Or it’s bcz my heart rate went up a little bit from the walking ?!?

n=1 with many variables! Maybe some more data can help over time.

Wht does mean n=1?

Sensitivity to caffeine is not rare on keto. I have completely switched to decaf and herbal teas.

The answer is “maybe”. N=1 means that everyone is different and you’ll have to experiment on yourself to see what works and what doesn’t.

That’s actually really funny, never thought of it that way lol

Considering the allowable errors the meters have, a change from 80-95 is almost nothing. Test twice each time if you and get an idea how good your meter is.

Also make sure your hands are clean and dry when you test.
