Kinda bummed that my favorite brand of pork rinds contain Coconut Palm Sugar. On the nutrition facts of package, the sugar says ‘0’. Anyone have any experience with this? Are they do be avoided?

Is the the 4505 brand? Those are my favorite. I don’t usually worry too much about it. If its not enough to register more that zero per serving, but you see it in the ingredients, just play it safe and round up to 1g per serving.

To me that’s a personal preference. It’s no different than regular sugar, but there can’t be too much in it if it’s still zero carbs. I eat chocolate that has sugar added. It’s about 1 carb per square, so most of the time I just have a couple. Even my table salt has sugar in it. From what I understand it’s to keep the iodine in the salt stable.
