Coconut oil

Hi, I’m not that new but I couldn’t log in with my old password and every time I requested a password reset nothing happened so I decided to create a new account. I was Jacaranda but now I’m Jacaranda1.
I have a couple of questions and the first one is about coconut oil. Are the capsules just as good as eating/drinking the coconut oil? I have been reading that you would have to take a lot of capsules to get the equivalent of eating it.
I have read that drinking bullet proof coffee instead of eating breakfast is not the right thing to do. I find BPC very convenient when I am running late for work and it takes me right through until lunchtime.
How much fat is enough? I have scrambled eggs cooked in butter with butter on top. I have butter on my veg and also fry veg in butter. I eat the fat on meat, skin on chicken, cream in my coffee and olive oil on my salad. Is that too much?
I eat walnuts and macadamias almost every day and count them in with the carbs.
During the week I have lemon juice in water first thing, but at the weekend I have a cup of tea with skim milk and count the milk in with the carbs is that okay? I know we are not supposed to be having milk, but I do love a cup of tea in the morning first thing. I’ve tried it black or with almond milk but it’s not as enjoyable.
