Gaur gum isnt bad?

It might not be bad, but my body certainly reacted towards it - kind of like a heavy dose of MSG.

Oh thats not good,I add Gaur gum for my keto bread,shakes,and curry all the time

its a good thickner with a flavor close too flour

Ive been using xanthum gum, only a tiny amount to thicken my choco almond shake. In my bread making I use about a teaspoon.
To much of this can upset my stomach so I now know the limit.
Didnt know about Gaur gum as an option. I wonder which is better for one heath…?
