Coconut milk macros for just the creamy bit

Does anyone know what the macros are for a tin of full fat coconut milk when you only use the cream part scooped out and leave the water?

When I do this I use the macros for coconut cream for however much I use - not sure if that’s right but hopefully close enough

I think that would be raw coconut cream…if so these are the macros according to Carb Manager app :blush:

That’d be REALLY hard to figure out because the label is for the whole can, no telling how much separation there is and the milky part vs the fatty part wouldn’t have the same macros.

Why not just buy the cans of coconut cream? Yeah, it still needs mixing…
