Here’s a few, I like everything I have tried at low carb yum. I found all my recipes for coconut flour with google. The cake is AWESOME. I substituted butter for the coconut oil.

I love coconut porridge, a real treat in the cold season.

There are many recipes out there.

I prefer this;
2 eggs
1-2 tbls coconut flour
1dl full fat coconut milk or heavy whipping cream

To save carbs, take 1/2 dl water and 1/2cream, you can also have an tbls or two with butter, on the top, or melt with the rest of ingredients.

Add all ingredients to a sauce pan, mix and heat up over low to medium heat until desired texture. Be carefull, to hot and you have scrambled pancakes. You have to stir constantly!
Serve with butter and if you want some kind of sugarfree brown sugar, i use sukrin golden now and then.

Just made the coconut flour pancakes listed above (from Low Carb Yum) and they were delicious!:heart: Since I’m the only keto person in my household, I saved the extra to use for “bread” for an egg/bacon/cheese breakfast sandwich tomorrow!

If you try the cake it will knock your socks off, your family will like it too. Use erythritol as a sweetener, get fine grain pure erythritol if you can. Amazon is good. I got Now brand. :cowboy_hat_face:
