It looks interesting but a couple of things give me pause. I did a quick look because I have been stalled for months and starting to get frustrated so wanted to think about it but to be honest I do not take instruction well. I think I know my problem which is snacking on nuts, berries and cheese too often

The other thing is I happened to go to ketoconnect for the first time ever. This is an affiliated site. The recipes look amazing and I will definitely be using them. However the cashew chicken recipe bothered me. Not so much because of the cashews (which are way high but probably ok as a garnish) but because she wanted you to make it with canola oil. Sorry but I try to avoid polyunsaturated oils since they are not stable, even organic ones. I was going to send them an email but did not get a chance
Both are small things but since they are asking you to trust them, and not really telling you what the program will be it concerns me. Full disclosure I am doing this to lose weight and for overall health. I have no illusions that I will ever wear a bikini or compete as a bodybuilder
