Cloudy urine

An odd question I know but does anyone else sometimes have very cloudy urine? If I have eaten lots of fat, quite often my wee is more cloudy than at other times. I dont test whether Im in ketosis or not as its not something I care to measure. No other symptoms to suggest infection at all, just curious.

I actually know the answer to this one!

Last week I went for a full physical, including blood and urine tests. My urine test came back with a big red X to indicate “Abnormal”. Because it was cloudy.

Here is the excerpt from the lab, explaining what could be causing the abnormal results.
I’m going to assume that “Eating large amounts of fatty foods” is the cause of our cloudy urine, because I don’t have any other health conditions that would cause this.

Wow thank you for the info and prompt explanation its much appreciated. I was pretty sure it wasnt anything serious, just curious. Good to know Im not the only one experiencing this. Thank you.
