Clarification

I’m doing well 5 weeks in…20 lbs. But just curious. Should I be striving to meet my macros at every meal or cumulative for the day?

I have always done daily to be perfectly honest. I don’t know if it is correct, but I was about 50lbs lost in 4 mos

Which will you find best allows you to live this lifestyle? Do that.

Ya. I’ve heard both. Some people find it easy to choose foods that best match their macros. That’s a good idea but I haven’t personally done that. I target healthy protein and fat and variety and then just see where I’m at at the end of the day. Surprisingly my macros hover right around Keto percents without much effort. They fluctuate a bit day to day as different meats have different protein to fat ratios but I’m happy with that at this point. Glad to hear of your success so far, congratulations!

My objective is to eat a meal balanced. Doesn’t always happen. This is not based on science just a pragmatic approach.
