I love to cook and I attribute much of the reason for this to my mom and Julia Child. :slight_smile: My mom and I watched her original TV series, The French Chef, together. It was a great bonding experience and then we’d make her recipes. I have a 1967 edition of Mastering the Art of French Cooking by Child, Bertholle and Beck. Probably my favourite cookbook.
