My husband’s lipid panel came back and as we expected, his ldl went up. He has been elevated for several years and it went up before on a low carb diet. At that time we freaked and went back to following the standard diet recommendations. It still never got to an " acceptable" range. It is now 199. His triglycerides are 110, they were high last time. His Hdl is 45, which is fantastic for him- he is usually below 40. They did not do particle size testing. Of course his doctor is freaking. We plan to keep calm and keto on but would feel comforted to know if others with these kinds of numbers are staying the course.
