I’m a remnant cholesterol fan boy. I ran your numbers on http://cholesterolcode.com/report/ and below is what came up. At first, I thought, “Hmmm. Not great. You’re in the High Risk Quintile.” But then I realized, 1.84 mmol/L is MUCH BETTER than 3.75 mmol/L remnant cholesterol!!! Less than 0.7 puts you in the Medium Risk Quintile and you’re halfway there! Tell your doctor to read this http://triglyceridespanel.ajconline.org/Content/PDFs/7-Varbo-Remnant.pdf and watch this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0LuKwsz9Woc
Why doesn’t your Doctor thrilled? They can’t give you a pill remnant cholesterol but they can give you one to lower your LDL. They are going by what the current “standard of care” (to ensure they don’t get sued). I seriously wonder if Doctors get a kickback for prescribing medication.
GREAT WORK!!! Please keep going!
