Blasphemy, heresy… burn him!!
I like my 85/90% like the next ketonian but letting a square of Dairy Milk (UK sourced, not the Hershey copy) melt in the mouth is still a heavenly moment… that I no longer partake in

I was thinking more of American chocolate, but I’m in the UK so your brands don’t readily spring to mind.
Keto has ruined me. I have grown so used to eating the 85% chocolate I like for a treat. The other day I had a taste of a milk chocolate bar that my husband was eating and it was SOOOO super sweet I wanted to spit it out…No thanks for me…
IMHO, Hershey’s is the #1 offender though I’ve also heard that a primary reason it tastes so bad is that it has to be formulated to do much better than say Dairy Milk in high temperature situations so it doesn’t melt/turn white if exposed to a 40degree C day in one of the southern states.
Luckily there is lots of good dark chocolate available stateside, including some UK brands like Green & Blacks, etc. and the Hershey made (under license) Cadbury’s brands are not a total disaster (except from a carb perspective )
Same here 90% or bust, I did try some 100% in France, saved that for a hot chocolate when back in UK. Man’s gotta know his limits, eh Clint…
