Cheesies

Wondering if anyone has tried the zero carb cheesies and if they can be trusted as zero carbs.

I don’t think we have those here in the US, but I took a look at their website and based on the nutrition labels and the “about us” portion of their website, it looks like it’s just dried / baked cheese. So yes I would say it probably has minimal carbs (not sure about zero, as I believe most cheese does have a small amount of carbs)

From their website:

“If we’re getting technical, they’re cubes of cheese that have been dried and baked to make them crunchy and gobsmackingly tasty. Perfect as a keto snack or just as good with a pint of beer, they’re filling, easy to eat on the move or at home, and they taste incredible.”

Nom, nom… I can’t wait until this international travel restriction is over! Between these and proper pork rinds (not those horrible dry, airy things we get in Canada), the UK has the best snacks.

Never noticed them tbh but don’t bother with the snack aisles at all as that stuff doesn’t even register as edible to me.

What does the nutrition info say?

I kind of trust packages and it’s not like zerocarb bread, it’s just fluffy cheese, easily zerocarb.
I personally make my own cheese whisps, those are airy too
But why would I buy such things even if I could? I buy my favorite zerocarb cheese and make my snack from them, it’s basically the same but less garbage and surely way way cheaper…
But of course, people have reasons to buy stuff and I see no problem with it. Well, not more than with normal cheese, actually I have moral problems with store-bought cheese but I hardly can avoid them for now.

Is that the same as Moon cheese?

Sound too processed for me. I prefer real food.
