So I am faithful to take Meg Citrate(600mg) every morning on an empty stomach and then drink 2 litres of hot water to flush… Works like a charm!
Until… i added cheese into my diet.
Up until this point…no issues… BUT then i had a genius idea one night to make Pork Rind Nachos and so i bought pizza mozzerella and have been eating roughly 2/3 cup of cheese shredded or 60 grams equivelent. Recipe is amazing!
BUT(pun intended) i am having issues with constipation now. It sits in my belly like a rock. Not at the time i eat it…but by next morning. Does this mean i have an intolerence to cheese? Does this happen to most people? What do you do about it? (No i dont want to cut it out of my diet… thats like telling a rich man he cant have anymore money…cheese is the new gold!)
