Cheated badly

Omg I did my first disaster. I cook everyday for my husband, since he has no weight issues ever in his life(he never overeats or snack and munch) I cook traditional Indian food for him. Rice curry home made breads all! But today I jumped in with him at lunch I cooked. Then sweets. Motivate me plz! February was bad month anyway for me to loose, lost only 5 pounds. I have lost 40 pounds since ist December. Goal weight is 121 I am petite girl!!

Eh. It’s one day. Since this is just the way you eat now and there’s no end, just call it a treat and move on. Just don’t say “well the week is ruined, so might as well do it again” or any such thing.

I agree! Most of us have had those days lol just do better tomorrow and then the day after that. You can do it!!

Most of us have eaten poorly for most of our lives. One day isn’t the end of our keto journey… it’s just a speed bump.

It’s absolutely possible to gain 5 lbs of water weight when you eat carby food and your muscles and liver refill with glycogen. It’s not fat. The world’s best competitive eater would struggle to eat enough to put on 5 lbs of fat in one day. You probably added no fat at all. Just go back to keto eating and you should see those 5 lbs melt of in five or six days (that’s how long it takes me after a carb up).

Don’t fret, it’s no big deal. KCKO!

Well I fasted next day and half. Which took away whole 6 pounds. Weirdly interesting. So on Friday I was 155.9 and today Monday morning I was 149.4.
