Hi I cheated this weekend and Monday . Weight is now up 3 pounds - hoping it’s just water weight. Anyway my face / under chin area looks and feels more full. Stomach doesn’t seem as bloated by my neck area does. Anyone else have this issue with bloating or carbs where your body bloate more in one area specifically the under neck area? Kinda odd to me . Started keto again yesterday and waiting for this water weight to piss off - pun intended

If it helps, two weeks ago I had a weekend with 2.5 cheat meals. Come Monday morning I was up 8lbs (225 to 233), I went back to normal keto (no extra fasting or other changes) and by Friday I was down to 223, 10lbs for the week. I bet by the end of the week you lose the 3 and a couple more on top!
