Ended up with about 50lb of butt and 30lb of brisket in the freezer this weekend. Kroger (at least in our area) has butts on sale for $1.29/lb and brisket is $1.99/lb.
Actually, I take that back. There is about 15lb of brisket in the freezer. One went into the fridge to go on the smoker this weekend. https://youtu.be/FVOh8430oCs

Since I started SV, I’ve been buying all kinds of beef cuts, and trying to get my times and temps dialed in for each.
I’ll probably buy another brisket or two in the future, as I’d say that is my second favorite… But my new favorite is Tri Tip Wish I could find it for $2.25 a lb, or less I’d buy 6 of them
