So, I am 8 days in to a Freestyle Libre. It has been quite eye opening. I have found out that the food I eat barely affects my blood glucose readings. The biggest jumps happen starting at 4am and it can sometimes take several hours to come all the way back down. Because that happens on fasting days I have to believe it is because my body is off-loading stored glucose.

I’ve noticed with dinner stuck tests I can be in the high 70s at 7:30am, but then it goes up, but them will come down after a few hours.
I don’t have need of a CGM, but would like to have one
