Celebration on..keto gone.... Need help

Hi all
I need help, im 3 weeks into ketosis and doing great but now its my daughter’s birthday and we are planning grand party… lots of food cakes etc…
Big family gathering 3 days affair…
Im the only 1 keto in my family, plz help me how should i plan my days food wise,

Or should i just let it go with flow and start all over again … im so worried to get back all my fat :no_mouth:

Plz share ur experience and suggest… need help…

The ‘weight’ you have lost is most likely water weight from stored glycogen rather than actual fat loss.
I wouldn’t be too worried.
Plan and arrange your meals, stay motivated, it’s up to you to find the resolve to keep going during tempting times.

I’m totally for not letting keto get in the way of special celebrations. You have to live and enjoy life sometimes.

I think the important though is to try your best to exercise some self control and practice moderation when it comes to carb/sugar heavy foods. Instead of three plates of cake have one. Have a go-to keto food on hand at the party that you can nibble on if you get the urge to eat too much of the wrong food.

It is possible to have the cake and eat it too (just don’t eat the whole thing) :wink:
