I need help, im 3 weeks into ketosis and doing great but now its my daughter’s birthday and we are planning grand party… lots of food cakes etc…
Big family gathering 3 days affair…
Im the only 1 keto in my family, plz help me how should i plan my days food wise,
Or should i just let it go with flow and start all over again … im so worried to get back all my fat
Plz share ur experience and suggest… need help…
