I want something cute like that.
Another girl has one that says sugarfreebrie
So something like those examples. Lol

I have so many people ask me how I’ve lost weight. But when I mention low carb…they lose interest. It’s like I understand. I was scared at first. But I really want others to try it and see how life changing it is. And how it does get easier

I finally got my mom to try it with me. She’s going to start out gradual and just cut out bread, pasta and potatoes. Then work on getting to under 20g a day. But I’m excited I have a real life person to do it with me now. :slight_smile: my boyfriend wants to but he won’t give up sodas. Lame
