Carbs may be misaligned as a cause of metabolic problems

Whole food carbs are probably acceptable in healthy nutrition as we discover what really ails human society.

Really, I just liked the visual metaphor of the cartoon character.

I think stress is an important aspect, as is sleep. After shoulder surgery, I gained some weight while keto and even fasting. But my sleep was terrible, and it was a stressful time too.

Maybe another chicken and egg question. Do I feel great, energetic and emotionally positive, capable, because keto is working? Or is keto working to take off weight because of my good emotional and physical energy level. (Not so good when I’m under stress, or haven’t slept properly)

It’s interesting to see previously “Low Carb” titled events and podcasters starting to change their names to “metabolic health” and similar to step away from the impression that a low carb diet is a magic pill, or cure-all.
