I enjoyed the Starbucks Sous Vides items until I started following the Ketogenic Lifestyle. Now that I have an Instant Pot (FABULOUS birthday gift from my sister) and have found several Starbucks Sous Vides “copy cat” recipes using the InstantPot. I have tried one of the recipes and it was absolutely DELICIOUS…and I used ingredients that were 0 carbs…so I don’t have to fret over the carb macros.
