Carbs and fasting

So for the most part, I am totally acclimated to my Keto way of life, I even intermittently fast, and I enjoy it. There are the very few and far in between cases where I cheat and eat a carb-y meal. However I feel that if I eat carbs and fast the next 16 hours or so I don’t fall out of ketosis. Thoughts?

If you eat a carby meal, exceeding 50g there’s a fair chance you will be kicked out of ketosis regardless, only then fasting for 16 hours would allow you to enter ketosis faster. I work on the 1/2 schedule like a lot of other people, if I eat carbs one day I don’t eat them for the next two.

Oh no I don’t think I go over 30 carbs geez I should’ve clarified lol

Or if you eat carbs, then just fast for a day or three
