Had my first carb loaded weekend that ends tonight. I was expecting much worse but only ended up getting a bit of nausea and a slight headache. Since I haven’t had a cheat day since I started, maybe my pancreas has reset to the appropriate amount of insulin to deliver. I didn’t have any liquid forms of carbs. Only things like tortillas, chips, cheesecake, and some dansk cookies. Now it’s time to get back on the horse for another year!
From Megan Ramos at this year’s Breckenridge, looks like doing IF three times a week produced some results, so I’ll hop back with that. I’ll also be moving to total carbs instead of net carbs to try and get out of this plateau.
