Isn’t it funny how you can indulge one day, and then the next morning your brain tries to convince you to throw your whole plan out the window and pull into McDonalds to get a sausage and egg.
I never eat breakfast.
I’m not even hungry for breakfast!
It took a lot of convincing myself that I don’t want the breakfast, don’t need it, am not even hungry. It was a large amount of willpower. Then as I was proud of myself for driving off before the thought even finished I was thinking perhaps I can leave early and get one for lunch!

I had the same craving. I caved, but threw out the bun. All fine and dandy, but it’s expensive to buy a breakfast sandwich and throw away half.

I too don’t eat breakfast so not sure what’s up with this

You can get scrambled eggs (1g Carb), butter, cheese, and sausage (0g Carb) a la carte at McDonald’s and not have to waste the biscuit, hotcakes with syrup, or hash browns.

Literally have caved every day for the last three days- once you slip, you slip hard. I am happy you posted, it helps me a LOT. Back on the wagon…

Yeah I know the feeling. Last night I ate two chocolate covered oreos for 22g and I feel terrible lol.
