Leann Vogel’s podcast The Keto Diet has a pretty big focus on this area of Keto. Besides she is a women and has found that she does better all around with some carb cycling. If your interested in learning more about female hormones and carb cycling, She might be a good resource.

She did gain a bunch of weight, which she attributed to stress, but I wondered if it wasn’t the cycling. Her carb ups are like a sweet potato at night infrequently.

Found the info oddly reassuring–that I don’t need to cycle carbs, but it does also explain a lot. I wonder if other gals who are having various symptoms might not be helped by considering some of this into their experience(s).
