Yup! I’ve been lazy since getting rid of my smoker, and somehow blanked out that I was smoking stuff for years in my Weber before I ever had a smoker, which clearly came out awesome, gotta start that up again, and since I’m a sane human being I don’t need to say it… you NEVER get rid of the Weber!

This is a bit like @Karen18 in the carni threads… She is an addict and binges often… It’s buying and planting plants (roses this time) though

I entered the thread to give my words of wisdom about how to quit smoking.

It turned out to be one of the best pork butts I’ve smoked thus far. This was it before resting, and you can see how well the fat rendered. Excellent bark, which made for great texture after pulling, and I made some vinegar finishing sauce that was right proper.
