Personally I do workout and have s vision I wish to
achieve. I know where my weak points are and I can target muscle growth in those areas, but that doesnt change the fat necessarily. I notice when I do lose fat it comes off at my legs, shoulders and arms, but my lower back and abdomen hold fat. I still have abs because I have a strong core but the fat is there. I believe it’s more storage hormones that govern where fat is stored.

I’ve been sub 10% BF and it still showed fat around my core by much less while the rest of my body was very lean. Spot reduction sounds be most likely is just a trigger word for sales.
