I take quetiapine for my mental well-being. I cannot go without it. But I heard it can kick you out of ketosis
Can quetiapine kick you out of ketosis?

Well, one of the medical sites lists the following side effect:
high blood sugar–increased thirst, increased urination, dry mouth, fruity breath odor
The “dry mouth, fruity breath odor” sounds like acetone in the breath, which would be a sign that the body was producing ketones to waste. And the increased thirst and urination would be signs of glucose being wasted in the urine.
Elevated ketones combined with elevated blood sugar is the diagnostic for diabetic ketoacidosis, which is a risky condition, fatal if untreated. Since diabetic ketoacidosis is impossible if the pancreas is producing insulin, it sounds as though the drug might affect the β-cells of the pancreas in some people.
