Could anyone help me determine how many calories are in one Tesco grilled chicken wing?Fitness pal don’t seem to have it.Thanx:-

But is that grilled or normal defrosted?

I would assume that is cooked since there is no one I know that would eat frozen, uncooked chicken wings.

Does the packaging have a bar code? You should be able to just scan the bar code and it will come up in MFP.

As a matter of interest, why do yo want to know? Just eat them until you are full?

If you scroll down the page you linked to all the info is there under nutrition…Even down to values for 3 wings…
