Thanks for posting it, I listened to the whole thing, which is unusual for me - I get restless and can’t sit still long enough for a whole TV episode of 30min normally!

I am jumping down the rabbit hole of trying to figure out my own health and nutrition, as I am by nature a very active individual (see point above :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:) and on and off have struggled to find the balance to feel good and not lose more weight.
