Calorie Intake... too low?

For the last 3 weeks, whenever I overeat my calorie budget, I seem to lose right away. But if I’m under, I stall.

I’m very small framed, so my LoseIt app has me very low hovering above a 1000 calories a day. My macros are about the same everyday.

Is this a coincidence, or do you think I should just be eating more?

Yes you should eat more than a thousand calories. I also was eating minimally everyday and was not only stalling but even gaining! The fact that you only tip the scale when you eat more shows your body was hoarding the fat because it’s not being fed enough to lose it’s “safety net” i know eat more and am losing at a very steady pace. No longer stalled

As an experiment, eat more. You’ll likely discover that your body will then no longer desperately convert every calorie it can into fat so it can survive the famine.
