I did keto for 16 days starting at wt 118kgs and my weight was 108.5 before carb refeed.
I ate burgers and all in my carb refeed a little over my maintainence calories. After that I became very bloated and ended my keto diet. Weight gained upto 112kgs after the refeed(is it all water wt?).

Now my urine output decreased and there was emulsion in my urine, i got it tested there was very high level of crystals of calcium oxalate around 384 hpf (normal 0-1).

Also protein was there 21-70mg/dl aand ketones were zero.

Now why do I have such high levels of calcium oxalate in my urine.

I am also having heart palpitations when I masturbate , and when I start overthinking
And all my hands and legs are having a tingling sensation.(is it due to very low mg or electrolyte imbalance)

Also I am cycling 22km everyday burning around 1200cals everyday

Pls help guys…

Your keto diet has not ended. He just fell out of the life style for a bit.

I’m not a doctor so I can’t speak to the heart palpitations but I know that some people get them on a keto diet in the beginning. I am glad you were seeing a doctor. Go ahead and restart your keto diet the extra water may be from the carbohydrates. Good luck

I’m curious why you did a carb re-feed? This just isn’t a good idea especially after just 16 days. Of course you bloated and gained weight. Then you quit KETO but that wasn’t the problem. The heart palpitations are almost surely an electrolytes issue. Make sure you’re getting enough salt. Do you eat a lot of high oxalate foods? You let yourself get dehydrated so concentrated oxalates in your kidneys. Not good especially since you’re cycling daily, stay adequately hydrated, with athletic performance that’s probably about 3 liters a day, especially if you sweat a lot. You also lose salt that way. Just give your body a break. :cowboy_hat_face:
