A friend bought my wife a “paleo” birthday cake from Nuflours bakery in Seattle, for about $50. Made with a lot of substitutions and work-arounds like cocao powder and almond flour… probably very high in carbs. Regrettably is was not great, IMO, as is often the case with these healthified foods.

Stick with bacon.
