I’m Canadian and unfortunately our Costco doesn’t have the organic cream mentioned, or Kerry Gold - I never thought about the dairy marketing board regulations, that is a plausible explanation. I’ve never found Kerry Gold butter and have only once found Kerry Gold cheese (at a farmers market for an exorbitant price, but it was soooo good!).

There aren’t a lot of other heavy cream options here, and since we use quite a lot of it, I still buy Natrel brand at Costco that the original poster listed. I haven’t noticed it being any better or worse than other brands I have purchased.

In the midwest Dean’s has the DAIRY PURE logo. When I cant get Horizon I go with that.
