I usually by from a local place here in Seattle, Theos. I had worked my way up to enjoying 85% plain. Now with adding butter, I’m up to 90%. It amazing how bitter cuts the bitterness.

I like the Green and Black’s brand. Very creamy texture. Love the dark chocolate with sea salt one. It’s only 70%, but they do have an 85% version as well.

Nice for the occasional treat!

My fat bomb tonight and 2 nights ago as well.

4 tablespoons of Kerry gold butter.
I actually crave it!!

Nothing that I can tell. Just make sure it’s made with the right kind of fat or oil. It might have to be made at home with something like avocado oil. Or the baconaise I’ve read about.

I tried this last night when I was making “cookies”…

Speaking of- I’m now eating a chocolate chip cookie with butter on top :laughing: it’s yumtastic!!! I have About 1500 calories left for the day so I’m gonna say its ok. :neutral_face::neutral_face::neutral_face:

THIS … tomorrow. I’m too full to get the full impact tonight. I have some Scharffen Berger 100% Dark unsweetened baking chocolate. I’m going to have to grate some and melt it, and then let it harden before chomping down with the butter - it’s over 1/2" thick. CAN’T. WAIT. :drooling_face:
