OK, I have 9 grandsons and we usually get together for dinner every Sunday and they swim and play before and after dinner. Two birthdays today so we had a bunch of mini-bundt cakes and Blue Bell. I cut off a small bit (golf ball size) of a bundt cake and I am sure it was maybe 10 grams of carbs and ate it. Wow, those 8-11 yo grandsons gave me some grief! I love it that they know what I am “supposed” to eat. “Grandpa gets all the steak he wants” —
I guess I am sloppy enough with my keto that I don’t mind some occasional birthday cake. But it is staying healthy for these grandkids that I don’t eat it very often!
