Had a business trip this weekend and I haven’t slept in almost 24 hours, and my mind is still very clear. I know I will need to rest up tonight definitely but i think that if I were still running on carbs the outcome right now would be a lot different. I’m tired yes but not achy or feel sleep deprived and trust me I know how that’s felt before, this I think is another reason why I’ve decided to eat and live keto, it’s like a perk of finally taking care of me from the inside … just had to share.
