Burrito craving

I had a craving for a burrito so I made me an open face burrito with 17 pinto beans. I will say in advance I know pinto beans are in no no but I wanted it to be authentic so I gave in to 17 pinto beans and yes I counted them

Nothing is a no-no as long as you can control it, not only now but that it won’t cause future cravings. As long as that is the case, I say this is a great solution! I think the only reason burritos aren’t an issue for me is that I can’t get a good one where I live!

I never thought counting them, that is a good idea, they are tasty and I love them too, going to try that.

And that looks delicious by the way!

Like really, I want to dive into that picture and eat it…lol

You can buy black soy beans and they only have 7 net carbs per can and taste really good. (Disclaimer: I’m not telling her to eat soy products. I know most people have strong opinions about soy products. I’m only telling her what the net carbs are in soy beans. Sorry - I’m traumatized. Anytime I say that aspartame has a GI of zero I’m attacked. It doesn’t mean I’m telling anyone to eat a bucket of aspartame.)

Well the thing is is I really wanted to add some beans to it but I was afraid because I know it’s not keto approved and initially I was going to only have 15 but two extra drop and I figure I’ll well so it was a total of 17

Omg beans…you’re making me think of this amazing Greek bean recipe. The super large beans in tomato sauce oh sooo good.
